February. The restored city hospital for 120 beds began to work in Pavlovsk Road (now it is the building of the tubercolosis hospital).

15 February. The regular lessons began at the Pushkin Agricultural Institute with students who returned from the evacuation. 40 students in all began to learn.

June. The monument to Pushkin, that was hid at the shelter, was put on the former place in the Lyceum Garden.
