The Monument to the Headquarters

2nd kilometer of the Pulkovo-Pushkin Highway. A 2 meters high grey granite stele at the eastern verge of the highway marks the place where the headquarters of the 864th, 880th and 891st rifle regiments of the 6th militia division were located. The 6th militia division fought at the Pulkovo Heights in late September of 1941 and became the 189th rifle division. The monument was inaugurated in May of 1968.
