In 1861 the opening span girder was replaced with a gauged arch with granite arches at the facade (engineer V.V. Dymman), the towers were dismantled, the sidewalks were placed outside on the brackets, a wrought railing was added (architect А. I. Krakau). Length 72.5 m, width 15.9 m.
