Architect I.A. Monighetti constructed the Turkish Bath pavilion in the commemoration of the Russian victory in the Russo-Turkish war of 1828-1829. 16 October. Emperor Nikolai Pavlovich visited the Palace hospital reconstructed from the dilapiadated wooden building into the stone building according to the design by the architect N.S. Nikitin.
