24 June. The celebratory laying of the Catholic Church, designed by architects D. Adamani and L. Adamani with the constructing participation of V.P. Stasov, took place. Princess Zh.A. Lovich, widow of Grand Duke Konstantin Pavlovich, was burried in this church in 1831.
The wooden Gostiny Dvor (Merchant Arcade) was constructed (architect V. Geste), it was destroyed by fire on 16 June 1863.
