Aleksandr Leonidovich Belayev was appointed the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Soviet of People's Deputies of the Pushkin District , he has been taken up this post untill 1980. In 2003 A.L. Belyayev was conferred the title "Honorary Citizen of Pushkin Town". In the Pushkin District A.L. Belyayev worked from 1949 at the Pushkin Repair-Mechanics Plant (PRMZ-3), from 1961 he worked in the Communist Party administration and the Soviet administration. During his work the district economy was successfully developed and many dwelling houses were built. A.L. Belyayev was awarded the Order "Sign of Honour". Belyayev, Aleksandr Leonidovich
